Dodge Nature Preschool offers a choice of morning or afternoon classes for preschool children three years of age by September 1, 2009. Children cannot attend both the morning and afternoon programs.

Lunch Bunch
11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
Monday through Friday
Lunch Bunch is an optional bring-your-own-lunch program, available for both morning and afternoon preschool students. Children may attend Lunch Bunch on days they are attending school.
The additional fee for Lunch Bunch is $45 per month per each day of the week your child attends. For example, Wednesdays are $45 per month, Mondays and Wednesdays are $90 per month. If you would like to sign up for Lunch Bunch (limited enrollment available) please indicate your registration on the front of your application.
Application Procedure
To enroll your child at Dodge Nature Preschool, you will need to complete an application form and submit it with a $75 non-refundable application fee.
In previous years, we have had more children apply for enrollment than could be accomodated. To provide a fair process we will be using a lottery system this year. A new application for enrollment must be made each school year, including families that are presently on a waiting list.
Currently enrolled families and returning families to Dodge Nature Preschool may return application forms beginning December 10, 2008.
Families new to Dodge Nature Preschool may return applications during the lottery period of January 20-23, 2009. All applications in the lottery are randomly numbered. Applications received after the lottery period will be considered in the order received.
Currently enrolled and returning families are placed first. After these placements are made, new families are placed.
In addition to the order of the lottery number, placements are made in consideration of optimal learning conditions, such as class balance of age, gender, and diversity. An effort will be made to grant first requests for dates and times. A waiting list will be maintained.
All applicants will receive notification of class placement by February 27, 2009. A non-refundable deposit will be due by March 6, 2009 to hold this placement.

Tuition Rate Schedule and Policies
Tuition Rates:
- $2,700 per year for Tuesday/Thursday program, or $300 per month.
- $3,645 per year for Monday/Wednesday/Friday program, or $405 per month.
- $5,355 per year for Monday through Friday program, or $595 per month.
- Lunch Bunch Fee: $45 per month for each day of the week child attends.
A non-refundable payment equal to one month's tuition is due March 6, 2009 to hold placement. This payment will be applied to the May 2010 tuition. Each family is responsible for the yearly tuition regardless of their child's attendance. There will be no reduction in tuition for days missed or days that the school is closed. Tuition for the nine month school year can be paid annually, quarterly, or monthly. A $50 discount is made to accounts paid in full by September 10, 2009. A late fee of $5 per day will be charged for monthly payments received after the 10th of the month in which they are due. Payments can be made by check, money order, Visa, or MasterCard.
Tuition Assistance
A scholarship fund is available to families who may need assistance with tuition. This may be ongoing support or temporary help due to a change in circumstances for a family. If you would like to apply for a scholarship, please complete the scholarship application form and return it with your Dodge Nature Preschool application for enrollment. A new request for scholarship will need to be made for each school year.
